We are a growing real estate team seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support listing coordination and database management. This role is critical to keeping our business running smoothly behind the scenes and offers potential long-term growth into broader operations responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing the listing process from pre-live listing to under contract. You will coordinate photography, MLS input, compliance, and marketing launch timelines. You will communicate with agents, clients, and vendors to make sure deadlines are met. You will be responsible for maintaining our database to ensure accuracy and organization. You will help identify gaps in follow-up and support client engagement efforts. You will assist in improving and maintaining systems and processes, and to help document standard operating procedures. Gradually, you will take on additional operational responsibilities and projects as needed. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have moderate knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Not a remote position. Qualifications: • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Great written and verbal skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and technology. Compensation: $40,000 - $42,500 yearly
