Responsibilities: • Provide daily administrative support to one real estate agent • Manage calendar, appointments, and client follow-ups • Assist with transaction coordination from contract to close • Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and real estate documents • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors • Update CRM and manage lead follow-up • Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings • Provide weekend support when needed • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Show Properties Qualifications: • Great written and verbal skills • Background in real estate is required for this position • Available evenings and weekends • Arabic language skills are desirable • Experience with MLS, CRM systems, and real estate paperwork • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 yearly
