    Licensed Real Estate Assistant A top-producing real estate agent is seeking a licensed Real Estate Assistant to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, client-focused real estate business. This is an active, field-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing transactions, and supporting day-to-day operations both in and out of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. Who We're Looking For This position is perfect for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys being actively involved in the transaction process and wants hands-on experience supporting a successful real estate business. The right candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to play a key role in helping clients and transactions move smoothly from start to finish. Weekend and evening availability is required. Commission-based position Responsibilities: • Assist with buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing • Show properties to clients as needed • Schedule appointments, inspections, showings, and vendor services • Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors • Prepare, manage, and organize transaction documents • Assist with contract management and transaction coordination • Install and manage Supra lockboxes and property access • Support listing and marketing activities as needed • Assist with agent events, open houses, and client appreciation events • Provide administrative and field support to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: • An active South Carolina Real Estate License is required • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Follow Up Boss, SkySlope, MLS systems, and transaction management software preferred • Growth and advancement opportunities available • Direct mentorship and experience working alongside a top-producing real estate agent Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
