BOTH ARE REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. THANK YOU! A successful, high-energy residential brokerage team located in Tribeca is looking for a full-time admin. Total compensation $85,000 + health insurance and potential to earn commissions on top of that. Opportunities exist to earn extra money via showings and/or clients and to grow with the team, but the #1 priority for this position is a dedication to administrative work. Responsibilities: • Manage, edit, and work on leases and board packages for clients. Must have experience with both to be considered for the position! This hire needs to hit the ground running! • Execute marketing/admin responsibilities: create and send out mailers, monthly and quarterly marketing material, listing input, etc. • Work with marketing on team business plans and growth opportunities. Qualifications: • Real Estate License • Previous Real Estate Admin experience • Not attached to phone in office, A real motor/work ethic. Innate ability to multi-task and thrive doing so; respond to emails in real-time regularly and efficiently. This is a 40-hour-per-week position, but there will be times when emails/etc. Come in on weekends, as is par for the course. • On-site job; must be local. There is a lot of client interaction, and at times, working from out of the office will be acceptable at the team’s discretion, but access to be in the office regularly without the commute being an obstacle is a must! Compensation: $85,000
