    About the Role A top-producing real estate team in the Washington, DC market is seeking a driven Sales & Operations Assistant to support continued growth. This is a hybrid role combining proactive lead follow-up and appointment setting with transaction and listing support. It is built for someone energized by daily outreach, comfortable on the phone, and equally capable of keeping operations organized and on track. Prior real estate experience is preferred. An active real estate license is a plus. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and database contacts with urgency and consistency • Conduct outbound calls and personal outreach to reactivate and nurture past client and sphere relationships • Set qualified appointments and manage all activity in the CRM with accuracy • Coordinate listings and transactions from pre-listing through closing • Manage schedules, communications, and competing priorities to protect the lead agent’s time • Support client touchpoints, newsletters, and event coordination • Continuously improve systems and workflows to support team growth Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of real estate or sales experience; CRM and outreach background prioritized • Confident communicator who is comfortable with high-volume phone outreach — this is not a desk-only position • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital tools • Trustworthy, professional, and committed to a high standard of client experience Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
