We’re looking for an administrative assistant to support a top-producing agent in providing exceptional service to clients while managing critical administrative and database tasks. With a dynamic mix of office support and client-facing responsibilities, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Schedule • Base salary: $35,000 – $40,000 • $1,000 bonus per buyer closing (expected first-year earnings ~$100,000) • 5 days per week: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Required to work 3 weekends per month • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Schedule showings for buyers via ShowingTime (MLS feature) • Show properties to buyers • Provide administrative support on home closings • Host open houses and showings for agents • Attend community events with the team • Database management and documentation Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or GED • Weekend and evening availability • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Background in real estate is required for this position • Must have an active Real Estate License or be willing to acquire prior to starting Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
