    We are looking for a motivated real estate administrative assistant to support daily operations and help keep transactions organized and moving forward. This opportunity focuses on transaction coordination, scheduling, and administrative support across active files. Responsibilities include managing transaction documents, assisting with contracts and disclosures, coordinating showing appointments and walkthroughs, and tracking key deadlines to ensure compliance throughout the process. You will work closely with agents to keep files accurate, complete, and up to date. Additional support may include assisting with open houses, handling occasional drop-offs or errands for referral partners and client businesses, and supporting miscellaneous administrative needs as they arise. A strong understanding of contracts, or the ability and willingness to learn them quickly, is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and communicates clearly with both internal team members and clients. Responsibilities: • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Available evenings and weekends • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Must have valid drivers license and live locally in San Diego to be considered Compensation: $20 hourly
