We’re looking for an agent assistant to support a top-producing agent in providing exceptional service to clients while managing critical administrative and database tasks. Compensation & Schedule • Base salary: $35,000–$40,000 • $1,000 bonus per buyer closing (expected first-year earnings ~$100,000) • 5 days per week: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Required to work 3 weekends per month • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Schedule showings for buyers via ShowingTime (MLS feature) • Show properties to buyers • Communicate with buyers as needed • Communicate with listing agents when inquiring about specific properties • Gather pertinent information for clients, as directed by the lead agent • Home inspections (and other inspections as needed, i.e., pool, septic, termite) • Home closings • Open house • Agent open house (Agents showcase one of their listings for other agents) • Attend community events wit team • Database management • Agent support • Admin support Qualifications: • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Must have an active Real Estate License or be willing to acquire prior to starting Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
