We’re growing quickly and looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant who thrives in a high-output, team-driven setting and knows how to roll with the punches. You’ll be the key point of contact for sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal teams, ensuring that every transaction moves efficiently and successfully to the finish line. Expect to manage 10–15 active transactions per month while keeping communication crisp, deadlines on track, and issues handled before they become problems. Compensation: • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) • Full benefits package • Paid time off (PTO) • Opportunities for raises and growth within the company • A strong, supportive, office-based work environment that rewards hard work and initiative Responsibilities: • Review and organize all contract documents for accuracy and completeness. • Monitor and manage contract timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met (e.g., inspections, appraisals, financing). • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title/escrow during the transaction. • Provide regular status updates to clients and team members. • Help guide clients through the process and address any questions or concerns. • Schedule inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closings. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. • Confirm all logistics related to closing day (location, funding, keys). Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure. • Skilled in direct client communication with sellers and buyers. • Familiar with real estate contracts and closing processes. • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Strong problem-solver who can manage multiple deadlines at once. • Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over work. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
