Responsibilities: • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Answer and manage the office phone lines, ensuring exceptional communication with clients and team members. • Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence efficiently. • Deposit checks and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. • Keep the office tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. • Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and supporting team members as needed. Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Previous experience in the real estate industry • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • High school diploma or equivalent required • Positive attitude and strong communication skills. • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask. • Team player with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. • Honest, straightforward, and ethical in all interactions. Compensation: $14 - $20 hourly
