This role is the "engine" of our office, providing critical support to our leadership and agents while ensuring our brand looks sharp across all marketing channels. Responsibilities: • Administrative Excellence: Manage listing entries, coordinate transaction paperwork, and assist with office operations to ensure a seamless experience for clients and agents. • Marketing & Creative: Utilize Canva to create eye-catching social media posts, property flyers, and community event graphics. • Client Relations: Act as the professional first point of contact for the office, handling inquiries with a high degree of professionalism. • Systems Management: Maintain our CRM and internal databases to keep our workflows running at peak efficiency. Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, listing procedures, or transaction coordination is required. • Canva Proficiency: You should be comfortable jumping into Canva to edit templates, create new designs, and maintain brand consistency. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick ability to learn real estate-specific software (MLS, DocuSign, Boldtrail, etc.). • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chester County area is a major plus. • The "Pro" Mindset: A self-starter who is organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
