Real Estate Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Qualifications: • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Background in real estate is required for this position • Communicates well, both verbally and written Experience in real estate administration, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing satisfaction for sellers, buyers, and lenders. Proven track record of managing deadlines effectively, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and coordinate schedules seamlessly. Excellent communication skills to notify transaction participants of approaching deadlines. Ability to collaborate with the team in organizing and facilitating local community events, fostering neighborhood connections. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
