    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our dedicated real estate team! You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, manage multiple transaction files, and ensure every document, deadline, and communication point is handled with precision. Applicants should be thorough, have strong interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Compensation: • Pay: $45,000-$55,000 (depending on experience) • Location: In-office (Vacaville, CA) • Paid Vacation and Sick Days Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Communicate with agents, clients, escrow, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction process • Ensure files are complete, accurate, and submitted according to brokerage requirements Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Communicates well, both verbally and written • California Real Estate industry experience required • Ability to manage files for multiple agents simultaneously • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail (critical for success in this role) • Self-starter who can problem-solve and work independently • Comfortable learning systems without formal training • Positive, team-first attitude • Hardworking, dependable, and professional Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
