  • Responsibilities

    We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Administrative & Organization • Email and calendar management • Update spreadsheets, client notes, and internal follow-up lists • Organize property files, documents, reports, and listing packets • Assist with preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) (training provided) Marketing & Social Media • Create and post Instagram content (stories, posts, reels) • Edit and upload TikTok content using CapCut • Assist with listing descriptions, marketing flyers, and property ads • Maintain brand aesthetic across all platforms Client Outreach & Follow-UpMake warm and light cold outreach calls to leads, past clients, and inquiries • (Scheduling showings, inviting to open houses, answering basic property questions — no negotiation.) • Respond to DM and email inquiries professionally and promptly • Update CRM notes and follow-up reminders • (Basic knowledge of Follow Up Boss is a plus, but training is available.) Required Skills & Traits • Strong English communication (written + verbal) • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel (spreadsheets, data entry) • Comfortable creating CMAs (or willing to learn quickly) • Experience with Instagram & TikTok content creation • Basic video editing ability using CapCut • Confidence in making phone calls (warm & cold outreach) • Highly organized , reliable, punctual, and task-focused • Positive attitude , resourceful, proactive thinker who takes initiative Qualifications: • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Must have high school diploma or GED • Communicates well, both verbally and written Compensation: $20.50 - $25 hourly
