Robertson Residential Group is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented real estate admin who will assist a top-producing real estate team in Northern Virginia. This position is part-time to start, but has the potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits in 3-6 months. Responsibilities: • Review company email and prepare email drafts as needed • Coordinate marketing events and client parties • Prepare paperwork drafts (buyer and seller-related paperwork, etc.) with a strong sense of attention to detail (robust training provided) • Assist with listing-related tasks: prepare pre-listing presentation & property brochures from templates, coordinate and market open houses, schedule property photos, staging, repairs, signage, etc. • Interface with lenders, title companies, home inspectors, agents, and contractors • Schedule and coordinate property showings & obtain feedback • Manage and update company appointments and calendar • Update website, blog sites, and social media Qualifications: • College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required • Previous experience in the real estate, settlement/title services, or mortgages is highly valued • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills • EXTREME attention to detail • Highly self-motivated individual • Desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • HIGHLY professional verbal and written communication skills (English) • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues • Familiarity with web-based lead management systems, CRMs, WordPress, or other user-friendly website platforms, Top Producer, MailChimp/ConstantContact, is a plus • Ability to thrive in a work-from-home environment Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
