You’ll play a critical part in ensuring every client has a seamless experience by managing contracts, deadlines, communications, and back-end systems that keep our agents free to focus on serving clients. Responsibilities: Listing Manager (From Listing to Contract) • Own the seller experience from first contact to an executed contract. • Prepare and organize all listing materials, from pre-listing presentations to marketing assets. • Consult & coordinate with sellers on professional photography, staging, repairs, signage, and more to ensure properties shine. • Manage MLS listings and marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility. • Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities. • Coordinate and oversee all open houses & broker tours. • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance. • Input all necessary information into the client database and transaction management system. Transaction Coordinator (From Contract to Close) • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes. • Coordinate inspection and coordinate completion of repairs. • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance. • Organize client database entries and follow-up communication to nurture lasting relationships. • Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation. Compensation: $40,000 yearly
