Primary Accountabilities • Oversee the KJT systems, operations (Listing and Transaction Coordination), and agents • Manage correspondence across the team and within Corcoran + vendors Role Overview This role is the backbone of the Kirsten Jordan Team, responsible for keeping all aspects of the business running smoothly — from listings and transactions to HR and vendor relationships. This person is a systems thinker and a proactive communicator who works closely with agents, staff, Corcoran leadership, and outside partners to support a high-performing, fast-moving real estate team. Responsibilities: • Oversee all listing and transaction coordination — from launch through closing — ensuring accuracy across platforms, compliance with DOS and Fair Housing standards, and seamless collaboration with agents and listing assistants on due diligence, marketing, and deal execution • Build, implement, and maintain team systems, including CRM, SOPs, digital filing, and operational workflows that keep the team organized and efficient • Manage vendor relationships, client and agent agreements, and all compliance requirements with Corcoran, REBNY, and the Department of State • Support business development by preparing pitch decks, tracking pipeline activity in CTE, and producing weekly and quarterly performance reports • Lead team HR functions, including onboarding, training, quarterly staff reviews, performance improvement plans, timesheet and PTO approval (in coordination with the CFO), and team engagement initiatives • Coordinate listing and property marketing — including photography, print collateral, eblast campaigns, and event support — and manage individual listing budgets and marketing spend • Serve as the central point of communication across KJT staff, agents, Corcoran, and vendors, ensuring information flows efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks Qualifications: • 3+ years of operations, transaction coordination, or executive support experience, ideally within a real estate team or brokerage environment • Strong working knowledge of NYC real estate processes, including REBNY standards, listing platforms, and transaction workflows • Proficiency with CRM platforms and real estate tech tools; comfort building and maintaining systems from scratch • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills — able to interface confidently with agents, clients, vendors, and brokerage leadership • Experience supporting HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, and scheduling • A self-starter mindset with strong follow-through — someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and doesn't wait to be asked twice Compensation: $65,000 - $74,000 yearly
