We are seeking a part-time (20 to 30 hrs) reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our property management office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer‑focused, fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable visiting properties as needed. The Administrative Assistant will greet clients, assist tenants and owners, and support daily office operations, including participation in an on‑call rotation. Responsibilities: • Greet clients, tenants, property owners, and vendors in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner • Serve as the main front‑office representative for the company • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with clients and tenants • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property visits • Assist with tenant communications, applications, and general inquiries • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, email correspondence, and document management • Visit properties as needed and conduct basic inspections • Coordinate with property managers, owners, and maintenance teams • Participate in an on‑call rotation to respond to urgent property or tenant matters • Be available to work one Saturday per month as scheduled • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications: Requirements • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office coordinator (property management experience a plus) • Fluent in Spanish and English (required) • Reliable means of transportation • Strong customer service and communication skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with basic office software (email, Word, Excel; property management software, Rentvine a plus) • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications • Experience in property management Benefits • Competitive pay • Supportive team environment Compensation: $14 - $15.50 hourly
