Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage listing and transaction paperwork from contract to close • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all transactions • Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth closings • Prepare listing packets • Schedule inspections, closings, and professional photography • Enter and update listings in the MLS and internal databases • Assist in managing the CRM system, including data entry, tagging, and task creation • Handle general administrative duties, including phones, emails, office supplies, and calendar management • Track key dates and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members Qualifications: What You Bring to the Team: • A genuine interest in real estate, a positive mindset, and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in real estate administration or related fields is a HUGE plus! • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-centric mindset • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and keen attention to detail • Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and software applications such as Office 365 • Proactive problem-solving skills • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and business needs… each day presents something different!
