We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out basic administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible for screening and conveying relevant messages and making appointments, and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safekeeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other departments when necessary. Responsibilities: • Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker • Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements • Owner Communication • Owner onboarding • Referral-partner relationship coordination • Executive support to the CEO • Marketing and Referral Growth Support Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service Compensation: $44,400 - $54,500 yearly
