    We are seeking a highly organized and driven Real Estate Administrative Director to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting both our operational and client-facing efforts, ensuring the business runs smoothly while delivering a top-tier client experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as the central point of communication for all administrative and client-related tasks • Manage and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and professional manner • Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel • Set appointments for agents with qualified prospects and maintain an organized calendar system • Plan, coordinate, and execute client appreciation events and team marketing initiatives • Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met • Create CMAs, listing packets, and marketing materials as needed • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and internal trackers • Support daily operations and team logistics, including scheduling, communications, and document management • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and other key partners Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Previous real estate administrative experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.) • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, positive, and a team player Compensation: $51,500 - $56,000 yearly
