We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Connecticut’s top-producing RE/MAX agents. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll help manage daily operations, streamline systems, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This job is a combination of remote (WFH), office (located in Trumbull, CT) and local driving within 45 minutes around Trumbull, CT. You’ll work directly with a solo agent who has sold over 900 homes and been ranked RE/MAX's #1 Realtor in the state for 8 consecutive years. Responsibilities: • Keep CRM database up to date with new leads, closed transactions, and important client milestones (e.g., birthdays, home anniversaries, weddings) • Create and manage neighborhood mailings (Just Listed, Just Sold, Market Updates) • Coordinate and distribute quarterly newsletters for past clients • Maintain and improve current business systems and processes • Send out client closing gifts and manage post-closing follow-up campaigns • Prepare, print, and organize listing materials for property appointments • Compile monthly and meeting-specific real estate stats for internal use • Create and update listing and buyer presentation packages • Deliver small gifts and marketing materials to past clients/listings across Fairfield & New Haven Counties (typically within 30–40 minutes of Trumbull) • Lockbox management - making sure everything stays organized • Transaction Management to ensure all is running smoothly Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Real estate experience preferred but not required • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Real Estate license preferred, but not required • Experience in the Real Estate, Mortgage, or Real Estate Attorney's Office Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
