    Director of Operations – RE/MAX Classic We’re on the hunt for a Real Estate heavyweight. RE/MAX Classic is growing, and we need a Director of Operations who can take the reins and run the show behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our brokerage runs like a well-oiled machine. What You’ll Be Doing: • Leading operations with confidence and clarity • Managing day-to-day operations, improving systems, and keeping everyone aligned • Creating and maintaining efficient workflows (you’ll love checklists) • Overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and social media content creation • Supporting the broker/owner with growth goals and strategic planning What You Bring to the Table: • You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see it, solve it, and get it done • You’ve got backbone and heart—you hold people accountable with kindness • You’re detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and love making things better • Real estate or small business experience is a big plus • Bonus points if you’re familiar with QuickBooks, Excel, Canvas, or project management tools This role is in-office at our Lavonia, GA, location and full-time. Responsibilities: • Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently • Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment • Plan for real estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate • Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials Qualifications: • Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus • 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
