Job Description
Job Summary
Established commercial real estate brokerage firm seeking a self-motivated, resourceful individual to support our Melville based commercial real estate brokerage organization.
Responsibilities
Add, remove, and update property listings and customer contact information in our database. Research and follow up on missing, outdated, or inaccurate listing information with property owners and listing agents,
Post and maintain property listings across commercial real estate websites and social media platforms,
Prepare and schedule email marketing campaigns
Provide general administrative support to brokers and managers
Light phone duty
Qualifications
Strong Windows and general computer skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
Helpful but not required:
Real estate or real estate brokerage experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic photo editing experience
Basic payroll or bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks data entry experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday 6 or 8 hours/day
Weekdays only standard business hours
Position is fully on-site
