Compensation: • Salary Range - $45,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle necessary documents for agent licensure and recruitment. • Ensure seamless onboarding for new agents, completing all paperwork, training, and introductions promptly. • Backup for light bookkeeping and check cutting. • Acquire deep knowledge of KW’s products and serve as a liaison between agents and KW resources. • Assist agents with technical needs like DocuSign, email, and network setup. • Promote office activities through social media and email. • Conduct agent orientations and teach classes. • Manage training calendars and communicate with leadership. • Oversee the office website’s content and ensure branding consistency. • Collaborate with the Agent Leadership Council to address concerns and enhance agent satisfaction. • Supervise the helpdesk for timely assistance. • Develop strategies to boost agent engagement in events and training sessions. Qualifications: • Professional appearance and at least 2 years of related experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly demeanor. • Bookkeeping experience is a plus. • Effective listening and training skills. • Results-oriented, self-starter, and team player with strong initiative. • Organized and able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. • College degree preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite. • Embody KW Culture for a positive, productive work environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
