    Experience

    Proven experience in real estate administration demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Exceptional communication skills, bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, allowing effective interaction with diverse clients and agents

    Experience in negotiation, sales support, marketing strategies, and customer service to drive business growth

    Administrative experience with proficiency in managing databases, scheduling tools, and legal documentation systems

    Familiarity with back office management systems or CRM platforms is a plus

    Basic Social Media Posting and Canva experience a plus

    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
