About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent with a genuine competitive drive to join our residential sales team in San Diego County. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast — you'll be working alongside top producers on one of the region's highest-volume teams, with the tools and lead flow to match your ambition.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Generate and convert leads, including exclusive leads provided by the team

Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing

Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of service

Stay current on San Diego County market conditions and listings

Collaborate with and push alongside a high-performing team

What You'll Need

Active California DRE real estate license required

Prior real estate experience preferred

A competitive drive and a track record of setting and chasing goals

Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only, independent-contractor structure

Strong communication and client-relationship skills

Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County

Compensation

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role — not a salaried W-2 position. There is no guaranteed base pay; income is earned entirely through commissions on closed residential transactions. Earnings vary significantly based on experience, production, and client base.
