    What You’ll Do:

    As an Alta Tera Real Estate Agent, you will:

    Receive personalized training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

    Who We’re Looking For:

    Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress) Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Comfortable with technology and online communication tools Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team

    Compensation:

    $102,500 - $152,400 yearly (based on expected commission earnings in year one)

    Responsibilities:

    Participate actively in real estate training, mentorship, and coaching programs Learn how to generate and nurture leads using proven systems and tools Shadow experienced agents on appointments to gain practical insight Build and manage a pipeline of leads through consistent outreach Practice scripts and objection handlers to improve conversion skills Commit to weekly role-play and accountability sessions with the team

    Qualifications:

    No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly) Strong interpersonal skills with a coachable attitude Professional appearance and a positive mindset Self-driven with a desire to build a long-term career in real estate
