Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
Show residential properties and host open houses
Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
Guide clients through every step of the transaction
Stay current on local market trends and inventory
Maintain accurate client records using company technology
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each transaction
Qualifications
Active Montana Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensure)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
