Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish. • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Manage and update property listings to ensure accurate and timely information is available to clients. • Support the preparation and execution of marketing strategies to promote properties effectively. • Facilitate open houses and property showings, creating a welcoming and informative experience for potential buyers and sellers. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting and learning from experienced agents. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $120,500 - $295,000 yearly
