Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation strategies and close deals successfully. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Conduct property showings and open houses to engage potential buyers and sellers. • Manage and organize client information and transaction details to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. • Support the team in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other essential documents. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate insights and advice. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong desire to learn. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and organization, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation: $123,500 - $295,000 yearly
