Real Estate Field Assistant (Part-Time, Local Travel Required) Summary: Part-time, field-based role supporting a busy real estate business. This is not an office position—you will be on the road handling tasks like installing lockboxes, delivering client gifts and marketing materials, coordinating photobooth drop-offs, and assisting with day-to-day errands that improve the client experience. Work is local (within ~45 minutes of Trumbull, CT) and varies week to week based on business needs. There are no guaranteed minimum hours, so this role is best suited for someone who values flexibility and can work independently. Hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities: • Install and remove lockboxes at residential properties • Drop off client gifts and other drop offs to support the home buying / seller process • Coordinate the pickup, basic setup tutorial & return of a photobooth for local events • Run local errands to support active listings and transactions • Assist with tasks that enhance the overall client experience • Travel within a ~45-minute radius of Trumbull, CT for all assignments • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the business well in client-facing interactions • Additional responsibilities if you hold a active real estate license Qualifications: • Valid Driver's License • Clean driving record • Previous experience in real estate, administrative support, or a related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service-oriented mindset Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
