Position Overview

The Real Estate Acquisitions Agent focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and representing clients in investment-focused real estate transactions.

This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable operating in a performance-based, commission-only environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in investment-focused residential transactions

Prospect for acquisition opportunities through networking and outbound outreach

Evaluate properties using comparative market analysis and investment metrics

Coordinate with lenders, contractors, and property managers during transactions

Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)

Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required

Interest in residential investment property transactions
