    Do you love houses and people? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer's agent to join our team. You will be the buyer's main point of contact with responsibilities that include: arranging showings, scheduling inspections, coordinating closing, etc. This position offers exponential earning and growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Prepare buyer representation agreements, show properties, write offers, and review closing statements for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Host open house events to promote listings and meet potential clients • Engage in ongoing training • Must be committed to continuous personal and professional improvement • Search for prospective homebuyers and sellers, providing them with information to make educated decisions regarding their real estate goals Qualifications: • Real-estate license or pursuing required • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $50,000+
