Responsibilities: What you will do: • Consult and coach associates to increase productivity and retention • Lead/Coach accountability groups • Set and hold recruiting appointments (business consultations) with top talent and up-and-coming agents newer to the industry • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete Who you’ll be working with: • Team Leader - (CEO) - collaborate on recruiting and coaching strategies to achieve the goals of the Market Center • Market Center Administrator - (CFO/COO) – collaborate on progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profit (Seven Conversations) – weekly • Sales Associates (nearly 300) – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily • Staff (10 people) – To set goals, plan, and work on projects and tasks – daily • Broker of Record – collaborate and problem solve as agent challenges arise - weekly • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company – daily/weekly Qualifications: • Phenomenal communication skills (written and verbal) • Extraordinary people skills • Leadership, management, and team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Proactive, positive attitude • Strong recruiting skills • Career development and training skills • Top-producing sales success track record in the recent past • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate preferred, but not necessary with commensurate business experience Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 potential includes base salary + bonus
