    Real Estate Agent – Commission-Based | Chicago We are seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents to join a high-performing Chicago real estate team. This role is designed for professionals who want to focus exclusively on client service and transaction execution without the burden of lead generation or personal marketing. Position Overview Agents will be provided with qualified buyer and seller appointments and supported by a fully built operational infrastructure that allows them to concentrate on revenue-generating activities. Responsibilities: • Manage buyer and seller relationships from the first appointment through closing • Conduct property showings and listing presentations • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the transaction process • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service • Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and marketing teams Support Structure • Top-producing team leader mentorship • Inside Sales Department • Customer Service Department • Head of Operations • Digital creative and marketing support Qualifications: • Active Illinois real estate license • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated and accountable • Ability to sustain income during the initial ramp-up period Market Coverage Our team serves the full Chicago market, including both high-end urban properties and historically underserved communities. Compensation This is a commission-based position offering high transaction volume and long-term growth potential within a structured team environment. Compensation: $50,000
