What You’ll Be Doing • Learn proven strategies to attract buyers and sellers • Build relationships and generate real estate conversations daily • Host open houses and attend appointments • Market homes using MLS, social media, and local outreach • Manage contacts and follow-up using KW technology • Grow a sustainable pipeline through coaching and systems You’ll never be expected to do this alone. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Real estate license required • License is required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+
