Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients

Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients using CRM tools

Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings

Stay current on local market trends, property values, and MLS listings

Requirements:

Active Minnesota Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Basic computer and smartphone proficiency; CRM experience a plus

No prior real estate experience required — full training and mentorship provided
