Responsibilities: • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Build relationships with clients and guide them through the buying and selling process • Show homes to motivated buyers • Provide white-glove service to homeowners looking to list their home • Maintain your Real Estate License • Provide an exceptional client experience by engaging with clients through phone conversations, text messaging, e-mail, and social media at all stages of the home-selling and buying process Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Full-Time Agents • Seeking individuals who are driven, passionate, and willing to learn • Ready to make a difference in the lives of clients and the community • Excited about building a successful career in real estate • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000
