Qualifications: • Must have an active Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate license. License (or be in the process of obtaining one). • Must possess a positive attitude/outlook. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A desire to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. • Willingness to learn and grow within the industry (Be Coachable). • Basic understanding of technology and CRM tools. Compensation: $80,000 - $225,000+ yearly
