    Responsibilities:

    • Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions from initial contact to closing

    • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client tours

    • Prepare and present purchase offers and negotiate on behalf of clients

    • Stay current on market trends, property values, and local area developments

    • Assist clients with home staging, pricing strategies, and marketing plans

    • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions

    • Manage client databases and maintain regular follow-up communication

    • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, company policies, and ethical practices

    • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to stay informed and build client relationships

    Requirements:

    • Active real estate license

    • Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate (minimum 1 year preferred)

    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

    • Proficient in using MLS, CRM platforms, and real estate marketing tools

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
