Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions from initial contact to closing
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client tours
Prepare and present purchase offers and negotiate on behalf of clients
Stay current on market trends, property values, and local area developments
Assist clients with home staging, pricing strategies, and marketing plans
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions
Manage client databases and maintain regular follow-up communication
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, company policies, and ethical practices
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to stay informed and build client relationships
Active real estate license
Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in using MLS, CRM platforms, and real estate marketing tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
