    Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full agent onboarding process , ensuring a smooth and successful start for all new agents • Develop and manage the New Agent Success Program (30-60-90 day training roadmap) • Host weekly training classes, workshops, and Power Hours for agents at all production levels • Create an ongoing education curriculum , including scripts, dialogues, buyer/seller processes, and lead-gen strategies • Coordinate with industry partners (lenders, title, inspectors, builders) to provide specialized training sessions • Lead and grow the Mentorship Program by pairing new agents with mentors and monitoring progress • Conduct monthly performance check-ins and provide individualized coaching for agents needing support • Track agent KPIs: production, listings, closings, lead generation activity, and engagement • Identify underperforming agents and create performance improvement plans • Produce training materials: checklists, SOPs, scripts, presentations, and educational handouts • Maintain a full training calendar , including CE reminders and required coursework guidance • Enhance retention by building strong agent relationships and promoting a supportive culture • Assist the Recruiting Team by showcasing brokerage value during candidate interviews • Plan and execute agent development events , such as summits, mastermind groups, and lunch-and-learns • Prepare monthly reports for leadership on agent growth, retention, and training impact • Collaborate with marketing to promote trainings, events, and agent success stories • Ensure compliance with company policies, MLS requirements, and Florida real estate standards • Continuously improve all training, onboarding, and development processes to support brokerage growth Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Great at time management and organization • Strong understanding of Florida real estate contracts, MLS systems, and industry practices • Demonstrated track record of helping agents improve skills, production, or processes • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
