Compensation: • $180,000+ at-plan earnings • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Performance bonuses • Health care benefits Responsibilities: • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree required Compensation: $180,000+ at-plan earnings
