Responsibilities: • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Qualifications: • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Ability to type 50 wpm or better Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
