Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships. • Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online platforms and community events. • Support experienced agents in managing property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. • Participate in property showings, providing clients with insights and answering their questions. • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings. • Learn to navigate real estate transactions, from initial offer to closing, with guidance from seasoned professionals. • Maintain organized records of client interactions and transaction progress using our digital tools and systems. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property listings. • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic real estate environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement marketing strategies. • Familiarity with digital tools and systems for maintaining client records and transaction progress. • Interest in pursuing a real estate license, with support provided if not yet licensed. Compensation: $120,000 - $225,000 yearly

    $120,000-$225,000 per year
