Responsibilities: • Start your real estate career by building a strong foundation in client outreach, appointment scheduling, and contract support. • As you work toward earning your South Carolina real estate license, your primary responsibility will be generating and engaging new clients. • You’ll use our advanced CRM system to stay organized, manage your sales pipeline effectively, and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects. • We fully cover the cost of your real estate education and provide a clear, structured pathway to transition into a high-performing sales role. • Upon passing the licensing exam, you’ll enter our accelerated training program designed to develop top-producing agents with six-figure earning potential. • This role offers the flexibility to work with clients on both weekdays and weekends, recognizing that adaptability is essential for long-term success in real estate. • Throughout your journey, you’ll collaborate closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment committed to your professional development. Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000+
