Responsibilities: • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. • Leverage provided leads to build a robust client pipeline and maximize sales opportunities. • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values. • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for client success. • Utilize marketing tools and resources to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and communication flows smoothly across the team. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Proven track record of utilizing leads to generate sales and grow a client base. • Familiarity with the Tallahassee real estate market and trends, or a strong willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success. • Experience with CRM systems to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless client follow-ups. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously without compromising quality of service. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly
