Responsibilities: • Engage with leads proactively to boost sales opportunities • Collaborate with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific home preferences and requirements in order to successfully close deals • Practice a consultative approach by offering top-notch service and advice to foster strong client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about potential properties and the neighborhood • Draft written purchase proposals for buyers to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • To be considered for this Real Estate Team Member position in Puyallup, WA, US, having a valid Real Estate License is required or the willingness to pursue one • The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently and have exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are key qualifications for this role • Being pleasant and trustworthy is a crucial characteristic we are looking for in potential team members • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is preferred, and rest assured that all necessary training will be provided Compensation: $92,000 - $197,500 yearly
