Responsibilities: • Engage daily with potential buyers and sellers in the Canyon Country area to generate leads effectively. • Receive continuous support and training to continuously enhance real estate skills and knowledge. • Benefit from weekly coaching sessions, including both group and one-on-one sessions, to empower goal achievement. • Maximize sales performance by utilizing the various marketing strategies provided. • Welcome new and experienced agents to join the team in Canyon Country, CA to be part of a thriving environment. • Guide buyers and sellers through transactions, ensuring successful closures by understanding preferences. • Prioritize building strong client relationships through top-notch service and expert advice delivery. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to effectively address inquiries about available properties. • Streamline the closing process by meticulously creating detailed purchase offers for buyers.
