Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions • Relentless follow-up with our qualified leads • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies • Manage property listings, showings, and open houses • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up • Collaborate with team members to share insights, referrals, and best practices • Stay informed on current market trends, contracts, and real estate regulations Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one, we can help with that!) • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • Self-motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000 yearly
